Requirements

• BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering or Professionally Qualified, or near qualified at Chartered or Incorporated Engineer Level
• Experience/knowledge of the design and design process involved in highways and active travel schemes
• Proven ability to advise clients on technical matters
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members
• A willingness to work flexibly to deliver projects to time and budget
• Project Management and or Highways Discipline Management experience
• Experience of pricing and bidding on tender opportunities
