Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Highway Design Engineer to join our team in Cambridge, Epsom or Chelmsford. As a Senior Highway Engineer, you will prepare designs and specifications, develop designs using AutoCAD and Civil3D models, and provide technical support and leadership to the team. You will also be responsible for mentoring and upskilling junior staff and managing graduate engineers and technicians to deliver work packages.
Requirements
- BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- Demonstrable and significant experience in highway design
- Understanding of commercial aspects of project delivery
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, standards and procedures
- NEC and/or Project Management experience (advantageous)
