Process Mechanical Engineer - Power

We are seeking a Process Mechanical Engineer, Power to join our growing Power Engineering team. The role involves performing mechanical engineering design for combined cycle and simple cycle power generation systems, collaborating with multi-discipline engineering teams, and ensuring project technical success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering or related discipline from an ABET-accredited program
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience, preferably in power generation or industrial facilities
• Experience in pipe sizing, flow calculations, and modeling of compressible/incompressible systems
• Experience preparing P&IDs, equipment specifications, and mechanical design deliverables
• Experience with design tools such as AFT Fathom, AFT Arrow, GT Pro, Steam Pro, Thermoflex, AutoCAD, and SmartPlant 3D
• Familiarity with piping materials, valves, control valves, and relief valve design a plus
