Senior Principal Engineer - Tunnelling

AtkinsRéalis is a world-class Engineering Services and Nuclear organization. We are seeking a Senior Principal Engineer - Tunnelling to lead project teams and deliver projects with 22+ years of relevant design experience in a consulting environment.

Requirements

• Strong academic background with bachelor's degree in civil engineering plus master's degree in Tunnel Engineering, P.hD., or equivalent
• Ability to lead project teams
• Deliver projects
• Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent) within a relevant professional association
• Excellent interpersonal and technical skills
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to liaise with international clients
• Excellent report writing skills with the ability to self-check and produce accurate work
• Conversant with tunnelling analysis software like Rocscience suite, Plaxis, FLAC, Phase2 etc.
• A willingness to travel on short term/long term assignments to UK and overseas
