Job Description
The Senior Project Manager - Highways will provide senior level technical direction, mentor and support junior to intermediate staff, contribute to management initiatives, and serve as a key contact with clients. Experience in a Project Management role with the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) in Ontario
- Highway engineering knowledge and skills recognized by the Ministry of Transportation Ontario, sufficient for approval in MTO RAQS
- Minimum 10 years’ demonstrated experience in multidisciplinary highway planning and design projects, particularly northern Ontario highways
- Minimum 3 years’ demonstrated experience in multidisciplinary highway planning and design projects being recognized as Project Manager by MTO
- Computer Skills - MS Office, AutoCAD, OpenRoads, and other relevant industry-standard tools
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
