Job Description
Senior Project Manager, Highways role at WSP, leading complex MTO design assignments, including highway components of major P3 and alternative delivery projects. Responsible for delivering highway design solutions, leading multidisciplinary teams, and collaborating with clients and partners.
Requirements
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Canada (Ontario preferred) with a Civil Engineering degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex transportation projects, including MTO highway design and P3 delivery models
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and navigate strategic decision-making
- Expertise in project scheduling tools and contract documentation
