Senior Proposal Manager

We are seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to support our business to manage and win strategically important priority pursuits across all markets. The role involves reviewing client documents, producing opportunity summaries, and overseeing the delivery of all aspects of the bid process from strategy to closure.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully delivering strategic and regional bids
• Demonstratable experience in managing bid teams from setting a strategy to delivery of outcomes
• Strong influencing skills to maximise expert knowledge on each opportunity
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal colleagues and bid personnel in other companies
• Degree level and equivalent professional qualifications preferred
• APMP Foundation level is desirable
• InDesign capability is desirable
