Job Description
As a Store Supervisor at Nova Cannabis, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring regulatory adherence. You will lead a team to create a positive and memorable experience for every customer and drive sales through education and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year supervisor experience
- Minimum 2-years of customer service experience
- Minimum 2-years of retail and/or hospitality experience
- Cannabis, liquor or healthcare experience is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid SellSafe & QCW (Qualified Cannabis Worker) certification
- First-Aid Certificate is considered an asset
- Must complete and pass a Criminal Record Check
- Working knowledge of regulations as it pertains to selling cannabis in Alberta
