Network Voice Engineer Cisco

Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. is seeking a Network / Voice Engineer to support and enhance a multi-site Cisco-based infrastructure. The role is ideal for an engineer with a strong foundation in either networking or voice technologies.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in network and/or voice engineering
• Strong experience with Cisco switching (Catalyst 9300 series or similar)
• Experience with VoIP technologies (Cisco Call Manager or equivalent)
• Solid troubleshooting skills across network layers and voice systems
• Experience auditing network environments and documenting findings
• Proficiency with technical documentation (Visio or similar tools)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
