Snell & Wilmer has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Administrator to serve as the Senior Director of Office Administration for our Las Vegas and Reno offices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading administrative services in a law firm or other professional services environment, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams and complex office operations across multiple locations preferred
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis
- Knowledge of Human Resources practices and employment laws
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence attorneys and senior leadership
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, drive change, and execute at both strategic and operational levels
