Requirements
- Manage and maintain complex calendars for Observe Leadership
- Book complex travel and manage team and executive level expenses
- Create, organize and maintain team mailing lists, folders, drives
- Organize, plan and execute team events
- Respond to questions and requests for information by employees and guests
- Greet executive’s guests and ensure every guest sign in upon arrival
- Attend team meetings and track action items
- Drive projects and own the operations of programs and initiatives within the Observe team
- Lead and manage small projects within the administrative team
