Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, strategic self-starter to join our Executive Operations team in the Product organization to strategize, operationalize and execute all administrative functions. You'll be partnering closely with senior leadership to create structure out of chaos and help executives effectively scale the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Direct executive support, program/project management, or chief of staff experience
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple stakeholders
- Experience identifying gaps and implementing systems, processes, or programs
- Extremely attention to detail, organized and responsive
- Very strong interpersonal skills
- Experience managing high volume complex calendars and international travel
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- IT savvy
- Experience working in an externally facing environment
