Manager, Sales Development

Snowflake is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to help scale a high-performing Sales Development Team, exceed pipeline goals, and prepare SDRs to become top Corporate Account Executives in the region.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of leadership experience with a track record of excellence leading high-performing, pipeline generation, and closing organizations in a fast-growing high technology company
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strategic and tactical leadership skills
• Collaborative, innovative, accountable, and reliable
• Data-driven, highly analytical, lead through influence, and a structured thinker
• Obsession with being data-driven and highly analytical
• Mastery of sales development and value selling practices
