Join the Snowflake team as a Senior Technical Account Manager. This role combines technical and commercial responsibilities, including becoming the post-sales technical lead for assigned customers, driving growth for customers' use cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Solution Architects to identify strategies for customers
- Develop a deep understanding of assigned customer's environment, use cases, and challenges
- Work with Snowflake Product and Engineering teams to access new product features and platform upgrades
- Act as technical advisor for production workloads
- Monitor and interpret incoming cases for assigned customers
- Utilize resources from Performance Engineering, Professional Services, Incident Management, and Support Engineering
