Job Description
Snowflake is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to drive pipeline generation and customer engagement across the West Coast territory. The role will partner closely with sales leadership and teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of field or demand generation marketing experience in B2B technology/SaaS
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with consistent execution reliability
- Experience building scalable processes and playbooks that improve team efficiency
- Experience working with sales teams in a quota-carrying environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
