We are seeking a Video Producer to manage the full production lifecycle for our London shoots, line-manage crew members, and own the outcome of our productions. The role involves ensuring the crew has everything they need to execute great work on every shoot, managing production budgets and shoot schedules, and being accountable for the delivery of high-quality content.
Requirements
- 2–4 years' experience in a production role, ideally within an agency, commercial, or branded content environment
- Strong organisational skills — you can manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Proven experience managing production budgets and shoot schedules across multiple productions simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills across clients, crew, and internal teams
- Calm under pressure with a track record of solving problems quickly on set
- A working understanding of social-first content formats (Meta, TikTok) and what makes performance creative effective
- Experience in D2C, advertising, or branded content production is strongly preferred
- Experience working with performance or direct-response advertising content
- Familiarity with production and project management tools (Notion, Frame.io, or similar)
