We are looking for a Head of Transport & Trade Compliance Operations to lead our global transportation and trade compliance operations, ensuring reliable, compliant, and efficient execution across day-to-day activities. The role is a senior leadership position within the Delivery leadership team, with a strong focus on people leadership, capability building, and developing a resilient organization prepared for future growth.

Requirements

• Experience leading global transport and trade compliance operations in a regulated pharmaceutical or life science environment
• Solid understanding of GDP/GMP, customs, export control, and international trade regulations
• Proven people leadership experience with the ability to build teams that can handle increasing complexity and change
• Experience managing external logistics partners and driving performance through collaboration, data, and continuous improvement
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement
