Trek is seeking a Director of Global Trade Compliance to lead the company's global trade compliance strategy, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while supporting business growth across all regions.
Requirements
- U.S. Customs Broker License required
- Bachelor’s degree in international business, supply chain, or related field preferred
- 12–15+ years of experience in global trade compliance, including leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of U.S., EU, and international trade regulations
- Proven experience leading teams and working across global functions
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business solutions
- Experience managing audits, disclosures, and regulatory interactions
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
