We are looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role involves communicating with German-speaking customers, partners, and users on various platforms. The position is flexible, and the ideal candidate will have good German language skills, a flexible attitude, and the ability to put themselves in others' shoes.
Requirements
- Good German language skills in word and writing
- Minimum 16 hours per week available (up to a maximum of 40 hours), flexible to be used
- Available in the evenings and/or on weekends, or during office hours, or a combination of these
- Able to put yourself in others' shoes
- A flexible attitude
- Able to appear with enthusiasm as an ambassador of Social Deal with your colleagues
