Job Description
As our Dutch-speaking consumers and partners, you will have had contact with you on the phone, are still happier and happier with Social Deal than they already were. You will be responsible for customer service activities, dealing with calls, emails, apps, and chats. You will also be responsible for webcare and interacting with our users on Facebook.
Requirements
- Good mastery of the Dutch language in word and writing
- Availability of at least 16 hours per week
