Social Finance seeks an experienced HR professional to join their 5-person Talent Team as a Senior Associate, Talent. The role involves administering and expanding team-wide professional development and training opportunities, supporting vital HR processes and administration across the employee lifecycle, and representing the HR team in Social Finance’s Boston headquarters.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of professional experience, with at least three years of experience in an HR role, or a role with directly translatable skillsets
- Strong interest in developing and managing team-wide professional development and training
- Excellent project management skills; ability to manage disparate and sometimes competing workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- High motivation to proactively collaborate to support fellow Talent Team members and the broader Social Finance team
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
- Willingness to explore AI as a tool to enhance work
