Requirements

• Knowledge of beers and handcrafted cocktails
• Handling guest orders and processing payments with a POS system
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand for several hours and walk long distances
• Enthusiastic and eager to serve guests
• Team Player
• Accountability for traffic flow, payment transactions and security
• Record and analyze cash flow
• Tulsa Food Handler Permit and Oklahoma Able Commission License
