SOUS CHEF
High School Diploma or equivalent. 3+ yrs of fine dining experience. Culinary Arts Degree preferred, current Driver's License & ServSafe Certification needed
Server
Strong math skills for cash transactions. Knowledge of food safety regulations and customer service skills
Busser
Ability to lift 40 lbs, stand for hours, and lift objects
Bartender
Must be 21+ with a high school diploma or equivalent. Bartending experience is preferred. Strong customer service and cash handling skills are necessary
Cook
6 months job experience as determined by management. Food handling certification (FDH), and ability to handle multiple tasks & use kitchen equipment
Host
High school diploma required. Cash handling/customer service experience is a plus. Teamwork and willingness to assist are essential
Cook

Server Assistant/Host
High school diploma. Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred. Must have strong communication & multitasking abilities
