Host

The Host is responsible for directing the traffic flow of guests, handling payment transactions, and maintaining the security of the cash drawer. This position reports to the General Manager and requires minimal supervision. The Host ensures a positive dining experience and maintains a tidy restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Greeting and seating guests.
• Knowledge of Rib Crib products.
• Ability to manage phone calls and handle catering requests.
• Oversee cleanliness and organization of the cashier stand.
• Stocking and packaging for to-go orders.
• Cashflow record keeping.
• Teamwork and willingness to assist with any task.
