Cook

The Cook will assist the Kitchen Manager in preparing food, maintaining food safety and sanitation, and ensuring efficient food flow. This role involves washing, cutting, smoking, and preparing various food items according to established recipes and standards.

Requirements

• Responsible for the efficient flow of food in the kitchen.
• Washes, peels, cuts, and prepares vegetables and side items.
• Cleans, cuts, prepares and smokes meats and poultry.
• Knowledgeable in the use of cleaning products.
• Ability to read and follow kitchen prep books.
• Food handler's permit where applicable
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
