SOUS CHEF

As Sous Chef, this role focuses on maintaining food quality and costs, ensuring compliance, and providing team support. The ideal candidate will be culinary-minded, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. They will also be responsible for all kitchen operations and training.

• Professional verbal and written skills.
• Current Driver License.
• Current ServSafe Certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalency
• At least three years of previous professional cooking experience in fine dining
• Culinary Arts Degree or Associate’s Degree preferred.
