International Operations Administrative Assistant: Provide administrative support to the International Department, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of administrative assistant or related support experience
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience managing schedules, meetings, travel, expenses, and general coordination tasks
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and follow through with minimal oversight
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism and confidence working with leaders, colleagues, volunteers, and external contacts
- Sound judgment, discretion, and a strong customer service mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly
