Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant supports the Executive staff of ProSight Financial Association, handling a variety of responsibilities including administrative duties, council and committee project management, and cross-functional coordination for key events and strategic projects.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or project coordination role
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Monday or similar project management tool a plus
• Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems
• Comfortable working with senior leadership, volunteers, and cross-functional teams
