• 5 years of experience as a chef
• Red Seal certification (asset)
• Bilingualism (French, English)
• Knowledge of industry standards and legislative policies and procedures
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, team-centered, safety-focused environment
• Proven organizational skills and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and staff at all levels
