Requirements

• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data related to menu and food costs, purchase and inventory control
• Effective skills in planning, organization, and time management
• Good knowledge of Sodexo systems (HACCP- Health and Safety, etc.)
• Ability to form responsible and effective work teams
• Ability to work under pressure
