Softeta is a software engineering partner for finance, energy, industrial, and other high-stakes sectors. As IT Services Sales Manager, you will own the full commercial cycle: identifying and closing new enterprise accounts across Scandinavian and DACH markets, shaping proposals side-by-side with our pre-sales and technical team, and growing revenue within existing accounts.
Requirements
- Build and qualify a pipeline of enterprise accounts in finance, energy, and industrial sectors across EU markets, with primary focus on Scandinavian and DACH regions;
- Run consultative discovery with CIOs, CDOs, and transformation leads — understand the business problem before proposing anything;
- Manage the entire sales process from qualified lead to finalized contract, ensuring optimal conversion rates;
- Work with pre-sales architects and the technical team to shape proposals that win; lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations through to close;
- Expand current accounts by increasing engagements, upselling, and introducing new service lines;
- Proactively reach out through calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and participation in conferences;
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, activity records, and forecasting.
Benefits
- Base salary €2,500 – €4,100 gross per month, depending on experience;
- After the first 9–12 months, total compensation for strong performers is expected to reach €6,000+ EUR gross per month. Bonuses are uncapped and tied directly to what you close — your earnings reflect your results, no ceiling;
