Job Description
IT Client Service Manager Senior is responsible for ensuring efficient delivery of outsourced and internal IT operational services in compliance with SLAs, aligning IT services with corporate goals, and leading cross-functional collaboration among internal teams, vendors, and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT service management, vendor management, or client-facing IT roles
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification
- Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and service delivery models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with platforms like ServiceNow
- Additional certifications such as COBIT, Scrum, or PMP
