Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Services Manager to lead and manage SAP Application Management Services (AMS) in accordance with agreed-upon SLA and KPI, ensuring service delivery and quality.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in IT Service Management
- 5+ years leading projects in Application Management Services (AMS) in SAP environments
- Solid knowledge of the ITIL methodology
- Proven experience in SAP AMS, ABAP, and integrations
- Strong experience in managing SLA/KPI, performance metrics, and executive reports
