Job Description
Provide on-site technical support for workstations, mobile devices, and audio-visual equipment. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity incidents. Execute deployments and perform maintenance.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Onsite Support or Service Desk roles
- Experience in operating systems: Windows, macOS, Linux
- ITSM tools: ServiceNow or similar
- Service-oriented attitude, effective communication, and professional treatment of users at different levels
