The Head Waiter/Waitress at White City House, West London is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. Requirements

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment, with experience in a supervisory or senior waiter position
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including wine service
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on approach
• Confident, polished, and professional demeanour
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software
