We’re looking for a motivated and collaborative Talent Partner to join our growing global People Team. The successful candidate will support hiring across both of our recruitment verticals, Technology & Product, and Commercial & Corporate, with a particular focus on Sales and Commercial roles in North America and LATAM.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within fintech, payments, or technology-driven environments.
- Strong experience recruiting within one or more of the following areas: Technology & Product (Engineering, Product, IT, or UX), Commercial & Corporate (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Legal, or Finance)
- Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, social channels, and networks.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple roles at pace.
- Proven stakeholder management, confident, professional, and collaborative.
- Experience using ATS tools (Teamtailor preferred) and maintaining accurate data pipelines.
- Curious and creative, someone who enjoys problem-solving and improving how we do things.
- Passionate about people, culture, and delivering a best-in-class recruitment experience.
