Job Description
Head of Data Platform to lead the development and operation of Solactive's internal data platform, aggregating and distributing market data across the organization. Lead a team of 30 data engineers and operations professionals, overseeing end-to-end data operations and shaping data architecture and governance frameworks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, platform management, or infrastructure leadership
- 5+ years of experience leading large teams
- Deep understanding of financial market data and modern data architectures and tools
- Proven ability to operate large-scale data ingestion and processing systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
