Job Description
The Solana Foundation is seeking a Trading Engineer to join our Trading team. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth in Solana's transaction lifecycle with the communication skills and initiative to work directly with traders, market makers and HFT firms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical role involving trading systems, market infrastructure, or protocol engineering
- Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles, latency optimization, and execution quality in either crypto or traditional markets
- Familiarity with data APIs, real-time feeds and streaming protocols like gRPC and websockets
- Built ETL pipelines and realtime data feeds with high levels of accuracy and uptime
