Operations and Maintenance Technician

Solar Energy Solutions is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Technician to join our team, ensuring the efficient and optimal performance of our solar energy systems. The successful candidate will conduct routine inspections and maintenance, troubleshoot and repair solar panels and inverters, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in solar energy systems or relevant field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in operations and maintenance of solar energy systems
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of electrical systems and equipment/Journeyman's Electrical License
• Familiarity with solar inverters and monitoring systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Must be able to pass a background check
