Sole Hire, LLC is seeking a motivated and student-focused Career Services Advisor to support learners preparing for careers in the rapidly growing legalized cannabis industry.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in career services, staffing, recruiting, or business development
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with CRM or student management systems is a plus
