Job Description
Soleo Health is seeking a Therapy Care Pharmacist to support our Tempe, AZ Specialty Infusion Pharmacy. Join us in Simplifying Complex Care! As a Therapy Care Pharmacist, you will utilize national and local resources to facilitate high quality care of patients with specialty pharmacy needs.
Requirements
- Prior experience in home infusion and/or specialty pharmacy preferred
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or R.Ph with relevant clinical experience
- Applicable active state licensure
- Post graduate residency and/or training
- Prior experience with CPR+ pharmacy computer system preferred
