Job Description
Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Infusion Care Coordination Specialist to support our specialty infusion patients in Knoxville, TN. The position is responsible for data entry, coordinating scheduling activities, and providing customer service to patients and prescribers. The ideal candidate will have prior healthcare scheduling experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to work on-site.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior healthcare scheduling experience required
- Home infusion experience required
- Ability to work on-site and interact directly with patients in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- CPR Plus application experience preferred
