Job Description
Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Infusion Care Coordination Specialist to support our specialty infusion patients in Sharon Hill, PA. This role is responsible for coordinating the scheduling activities and associated tasks for the nursing department, ensuring that the schedules are maintained accurately and efficiently for all patient care teams.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior healthcare scheduling experience required
- Home infusion experience required
- Ability to work on-site and interact directly with patients in a clinical setting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
