Requirements
- At least 3-4 years' experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center
- IT qualifications/degree education is essential
- Experience in technical or software support capacity is essential
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Genesys telephony systems is required
- Fluent language skills in English are required, additional language skills are a plus
