Chief of Staff

Solid Power is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer (CoS) to join our talented team of engineers and scientists working to revolutionize the battery industry through the development of next-generation, all solid-state rechargeable batteries.

Requirements

• MBA required, with a strong preference for candidates holding an undergraduate degree in Engineering or other STEM related disciplines.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, program leadership, or senior business roles.
• Experience operating in complex, matrixed, and highly visible environments (public company preferred).
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated judgment, discretion, and integrity.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and incomplete information.
