Solid Power is seeking a Director, Corporate and Securities Counsel to join their talented team. The role will provide practical, business-oriented legal advice across a wide range of matters, with a focus on securities and corporate governance work, and broader commercial and operational legal needs.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility) to the Colorado bar.
- 3-6+ years of corporate and securities experience (law firm and/or in-house).
- Exposure to M&A, corporate governance, and/or compliance matters preferred.
- Strong executive communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn across a broad range of legal topics.
- Sound judgment, high ethical standards, professionalism, and discretion.
- Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities with ownership and precision.
- Strong proficiency with standard business software and Microsoft Office applications.
