Job Description
Solid Power is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead the Cell maintenance team, develop and execute the automation strategy, and oversee the performance, reliability, and safety of all automation and control systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience.
- Minimum 10+ years of maintenance engineering (electrical and mechanical) experience required.
- Minimum 7+ years of automation experience
- Proven experience with Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradely), Siemens and/or Mitsubishi PLCs.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to manage priorities across departments and work with outside departments to deconflict timelines.
