Production Operator I/II

Solid Power is seeking a Production Operator to join their team working on next-generation battery materials. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a controlled chemical production environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in chemical manufacturing, powder production, or similar environments preferred
• Comfortable working with powders, chemicals, and glovebox or controlled-atmosphere operations
• Ability to understand SOPs, follow instructions, and maintain accurate records
• Basic computer skills (training provided on internal systems)
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional & team-oriented environment
