Job Description
solidcore is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to join their HQ team in Arlington, Virginia, as part of a rapidly growing organization aiming to lead the studio fitness space. The successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing Workday across the company, leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges and shape how the organization supports its employees.
Requirements
- Prior hands-on experience with Workday HCM Core
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical capabilities
- Strong passion for leveraging technology to provide actionable insights through data
- 2-4 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or a related role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with discretion
