Seeking experienced Analyst for Global HR Technology to continually refine and optimize the design, structure and functionality of Workday, support end users, shape the HR technology roadmap, and nurture internal and external relationships.
Requirements
- Enthusiastically promote Workday's capabilities within the organization.
- Enforce governance of the global technology platform, adhering to guiding philosophies and sound design principles.
- Create and maintain training, job aids, communication and change management plans and actions to ensure that new processes and systems capabilities are broadly understood.
- Maintain awareness and inventory of current Workday configuration, access, security administration, compliance, integrations, reports and dashboards.
- Anticipate, evaluate, test and recommend newly released functionality for assigned modules.
- Analyze existing data structures to streamline and simplify setup values.
- Partner with colleagues from Shared Services and IT to investigate and resolve critical issues using independent research and testing, Workday Community and other external customer contacts or β when necessary β working with AMS provider / Workday.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (learning and development, talent acquisition, talent management, inclusion & diversity, audit / compliance, labor relations) to promote data governance and stewardship, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight.
- Lead significant phases of major initiatives (implementation of new modules or significant functionality deployment), including project management, requirements definition, testing, etc.
